  • During our visit we can together explore your home and find possible solutions to make it the home you have always dreamt of. With
  • Bernards experience as a Main building contractor and Architectural Technologist he can advise you on many aspects of your project you wish to achieve be it cost, buildability of the project or achievable modern design.

Our package covers includes:

  • Onsite sketches
  • Home walkthrough
  • Advice on Planning
  • Permission if required.
  • Advice on construction methods and possibly problems that you may encounter during the build.
  • Advice on grants available to you. (SEAI, Vacant homes grant, etc.)
  • Advice on boundary walls.

Domestic BER Assessment

Our new BER Assessment service was introduced to compliment the design and planning services of our business.

 

Domestic BER Certificates are required to:

  • Sell your home.
  • Apply for government grants
  • If you plan on renting a home

Commercial Drafting

This is aim at owners of commercial buildings who require a set of drawings of there property be it for Grants, Wi-Fi layout optimisation, desk layout design for a coherent workspace environment or the sale of the property.

Package includes:

  • Site survey.
  • GA drawings of the property.
  • Virtual walkthroughs available
  • Point cloud modelling available
  • Wi-Fi Companies Offering Ekahau Wi-Fi Surveying
