I provide expertise, guidance and support in navigating the complex planning application process. This package typically includes:

Measured and photographic survey of the existing house (interior and exterior) and plot to prepare site drawings.

NOTE: Advice will be given on whether a third party measured survey is required for large or complicated properties.

Prepare 1 No. set of initial drawings for proposed alterations to property, including one online presentation to client.

Preparation and compilation of all drawings and documentation to planning application standard.

Submission of a valid planning application with the Local Authority and monitoring of progress.

Follow-on service
If you have worked with me on a Reconfigure or Extension package, I can progress your preferred design to meet the requirements of lodging a valid planning application at a reduced rate. Further detail will be added to the design drawings and supporting documents will be compiled before the application is lodged.

From €2950 + VAT* Includes Fee, Printing, Maps and Newspaper Ad. * Price depends on the size and complexity of the project and whether a measured survey can be carried out by me or if an independent surveyor is required. -
